We have long experience of arranging weddings and can offer you a fantastic place for your big day. We are here to take care of you and to make sure that your weeding day will be a day to remember. Rustic environment, magnificent nature and unexpected elements make Hotel Fjällgården the perfect place for a wedding in the mountains.

Perfect location and perfect opportunities

Our venue offers space for a big part as well as accommodation for the bride and groom and the wedding guests. At the hotel we have a lovely sun terrace with a view of Åre where we are happy to arrange for bubbles and nibbles after the wedding ceremony. The guests can proceed directly to the restaurant from here and the dinner begins.
Our experienced staff serves and help out with anything that may arise along the way. After dinner the party continues in our bar where we serve drinks and you and your party are welcome to dance well into the wee hours (until 03:00). We help you find and book bands, entertainment, DJ, and other requests that appear to create your dream day.

Accommodation at high altitude

You can book the entire hotel for your wedding in the mountains. With our 64 rooms and 150 beds, there is room for all guests in one place, but of course it is also possible to book just a few rooms. Contact us for price suggestions.

Wedding ceremony

If you want a church wedding, we suggest Åre's old church dating from the 12th century. The church is located about 5 minutes from Åre square and from there the funicular takes you up to the hotel.
